Shipping policy
UK SHIPPING (England, Wales and Scotland):
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class to UK residents as standard (excluding Ireland as it is classed as part of the EU under shipping rules).
- For small letter parcels, you may upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail First Class Signed For by purchasing either shipping upgrade.
- For other parcels (large letter and up) you may upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24 by purchasing either shipping upgrade.
Shipping is calculated at checkout for you. It starts at £1.50 but will increase with order weight and the size of the parcel, or if a shipping upgrade is selected.
For larger parcels, orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, but this can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 by purchasing the shipping upgrade. For larger parcels, shipping costs start at £4.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside of the UK, but we are working on expanding our shipping range. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
DISPATCH & PROCESSING TIMES:
Our dispatch and processing times will vary depending on the items you have ordered. Please see below for examples:
ITEMS IN STOCK / SALE ITEMS / DISCOUNTED ITEMS:
If an item is not labelled as a “pre-order”, a “custom item” or “out of stock”, this means the item is already in stock, so the processing times are 3-5 working days.
UK orders will then take 1-3 working days to arrive with you, depending on the shipping method selected.
Please be aware that during busy periods, such as Christmas, there may be processing and postal delays and/or strikes. As a one-human team, it may take longer for your order to be processed during these times and your patience in waiting for your order to be dispatched is greatly appreciated. As for postal delays, these are completely out of my control and are not a reflection on the services of Fox & Fiver. Please order early in the run-up to Christmas as this can be a very busy time for us. You can also check the Fox & Fiver websites for notices of potential upcoming delays in processing and/or posting.
PRE-ORDERS:
These are items which are not yet in stock. You can purchase them prior to their arrival and your order will be processed and dispatched once stock has arrived with me and been quality checked. Processing times may vary dependant on the item.
Once dispatched, UK orders will then take 1-3 working days to arrive with you, depending on the shipping method selected.
COMMISSIONS:
Commissions, including digital and watercolour illustrations, are custom pieces which have different processing times. For custom illustrations, please contact me for more information.
